The number of beds in the self-built nursing home institutions in the following 50, in line with the qualification conditions set by the relevant departments of the non-profit private nursing home institutions, and has been put into operation for more than one year, in accordance with the approved number of beds, to give a one-time construction subsidy of no less than 4,000 yuan for each bed; for the self-built nursing home institutions in the number of beds in the more than 50 (including 50), in line with the qualification conditions set by the relevant departments of the Non-profit private senior care institutions, and has been put into operation for more than one year, in accordance with the approved number of beds, to give a one-time construction subsidy of not less than 5,000 yuan per bed; for the lease operation of its contract period of more than five years, in line with the qualification conditions set out by the relevant departments of the non-profit private senior care institutions, and has been put into operation for more than one year, to give a one-time construction subsidy of not less than 1,000 yuan per bed. The government will provide a one-time construction subsidy of not less than 1,000 yuan per bed.
