The standard version of the five elements required for the accreditation of China's chest pain centers are compiled as follows:
1, the whole process of chest pain diagnosis and treatment: the accreditation body will assess the chest pain center to carry out the whole process of diagnosis and treatment of patients suffering from chest pain is standardized, including first aid, admission management, professional examination, rational use of medication, and other aspects of compliance with the requirements.
2. Expert team: The core medical team includes orthodontists, cardiologists, interventionalists, electrocardiogram technicians and emergency physicians.
3. Rapid diagnosis and treatment capability: The accreditation body will assess whether the rapid diagnosis and treatment capability of the chest pain center meets the requirements, such as ECG instruments capable of 12-lead ECG recording, multi-lead ST elevation monitoring, and immediate resolution.
4, quality control system: the accreditation body will also assess whether the chest pain center has a sound quality control system, including examination and treatment practice, medical records and information system management, training and quality assessment.
5. Education and public service capacity: The accreditation body will also assess whether the chest pain center's capacity in education and public service is sufficient to disseminate the concept of the chest pain center, the value of its services, and its visibility to the community.
In addition to the above five elements, the standard version of the accreditation will also assess the following aspects:
1. Intra-hospital collaboration mechanism: The accreditation body will assess whether the chest pain center has a good cooperation and coordination mechanism with other departments, and whether it is able to make effective use of healthcare collaboration resources.
2. Data collection and analysis capability: The accreditation body will assess whether the chest pain center is able to collect and analyze chest pain data, and improve and refine its services accordingly.
3. Research capability: The accreditation body will also focus on the chest pain center's research capability in the field, whether it is committed to scientific research and technological innovation, and whether it has demonstrated its commitment to advancing the development of disease management and clinical practice, etc.
