Tibetan tap dance 6 basic movements:
1, Qi Mei shaking hands
Specifications and essentials: both hands hanging down, action curved wrists, bent elbows, driven by the wrists, the two hands in front of the chest alternately shaking. The right hand draws a circle clockwise and the left hand draws a circle counterclockwise. This action is divided into large, medium and small. Smaller than the front of the abdomen and chest; the height of the middle shake at the height of the eyebrow; larger than the top of the front.
2, shaking cover hand
Specifications and essentials: one hand shaking, the other hand bent arm standing wrist, palm wipe, through the upper arc from the side and inside, forming the flow of the upper arc. One-handed shaking cover is also commonly found around the waist and in front of the abdomen.
3, before the hip paddle
Specifications and essentials: hands down, left and right hand in front of the hip from the inside out to the side of the circle. Right hand clockwise, left hand counterclockwise in the plane of the circle. Hip front rowing hand and flush eyebrow shaking hand is regular connection.
4, front and back swinging hands
Specifications and key points: both hands hanging down by the side, swinging forward and backward at 45°, with the wrists active.
5, lateral swing
Specifications and key points: both hands hanging down at the side, mostly one-handed lateral swing, wrist active drive small arm, big arm attached.
6, plane swing
Specifications and essentials: both hands hanging down by the side of the body, one hand up to the side, from the outside to the inside in the chest level swing, wrist driven, arm attached.
